Our initiative, the Leading the Change Music Project, is dedicated to ensuring that no child whether in schools, youth based organizations or any community setting misses out on the transformative power of music and equine interactions. We believe these experiences are essential not only for children but also for parents and other more senior adults who often seek renewed purpose and connection in their own lives.
Through our project, we foster collaboration among educators, equine therapy professionals, songwriters and those other in the music industry to empower children to creatively express themselves while developing essential life skills. When parents witness their children in a team effort actively participating in the creation of their own personalized music video production through our program, it not only enriches the lives of these children but also inspires others to include peer group members, other family members, surrounding communities and beyond, reconnect them back with their own sense of purpose. This initiative aims to uplift families, educator's and all others who witness this transformative work created through our youth, by providing them with the opportunity to see their children grow and evolve in meaningful ways
By engaging the entire community, we create a supportive environment where children, parents, and educators can thrive together. Our goal is to celebrate the achievements of children through music, fostering stronger family bonds and a sense of belonging. Leading the Change Music Project alights the importance of arts and therapeutic practices for their education such as the opportunity to explore first hand equine interactions connections, demonstrating through collaboration, everyone can experience empowerment and positive change. Together, we can cultivate a community where every individual feels valued and inspired to lead their own way for change
